5 week mini-course with group coaching, empowering you with skills that create a holistic sense of wellbeing.
If you are looking for a course that is all about reaching a better level of physical functioning and being able to do more, this is NOT the course for you. Instead, this course takes the approach that self-healing is all about creating harmony in body, mind and spirit and supporting your body’s natural healing wisdom.
At the end of 5 weeks, you’ll have learned many new skills that will bring you peace of mind, lightness of spirit and ease of being.
Live, online, weekly group coaching meetings offer individualised support and guidance.
The course consists of 5 lessons which each include:
- a short video (5-15 minutes)
- a summary of the topics covered in the video
- journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
- short wellbeing practices to make learning self-healing skills easy (includes 10 different guided meditations)
The weekly zoom coaching group meetings take place on Wednesday’s at 4pm UK time (8am pacific; 11am eastern). The 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month are for group coaching. The 2nd and 4th involve a more informal Q&A style.
