This 4 week mini-course teaches skills to help you deal with any fears of being around people again and fears of missing out. It will also empower you to take control of creating a new normal that works for you, and explore more general skills for dealing with an uncertain future.
Live, online, weekly group coaching meetings offer individualised support and guidance.
The course consists of 4 lessons which each include:
- a short video (5-15 minutes)
- a summary of the topics covered in the video
- journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
- a short wellbeing practice to make improving your skills easy
The weekly zoom coaching group meetings take place on Wednesday’s at 4pm UK time (8am pacific; 11am eastern). The 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month are for group coaching. The 2nd and 4th involve a more informal Q&A style.
