You’ll learn how to start feeling more purposeful right away and how you can peacefully take part in purposeful activities without draining your energy.

The class gave some clear and useful tips for how to find purpose & peace when a chronic illness or condition has changed how life has to be lived. Julie has good skills and experience in this area and a realistic understanding of the challenges likely to be faced. Alison
