Masterfully Managing Emotions

A big part of mastering life with chronic illness is the ability to reclaim wasted energy so that it can be directed to more effective uses, like healing, contributing or fun.

Difficult emotions are a natural and unavoidable part of living with chronic illness, the losses we have to face, the disappointments and frustrations of having a bad day, the rejection from people who choose to judge rather that offer compassionate understanding, the worries for our future, the loss of our productivity.

As we are programed to avoid pain, it’s also quite natural to resist these kinds of emotions, but unfortunately that resistance is energy costly.

Masterfully managing emotions means finding the path of least resistance and allowing your emotional landscape to be in its natural constant state of flow.

What would you direct your energy to, if you could claim back some of it from what you currently spend on unhelpful responses to your emotions?

You are the only one who can make a difference to your emotional mastery, it take commitment to change. However, a coach and a community can give you lots of support so that you’re not doing it alone.

Join my membership program this month and we’ll keep you on track with developing your skills. I’ll share all I’ve learned to guide your work, the community will help keep you on track with support and inspiration and if you encounter any obstacles my coaching will help you find a way through them.

You can join the membership program from as little as £9 (level 1 self-study option) but if you have a little more energy to invest you could get back so much more.

You can get the full package for only £54 a month

A weekly online support group, twice monthly online group coaching, a monthly meditation group and one 30 minute 1-2-1 coaching session. With this level of support you just can’t fail! And you won’t find better value anywhere else.

Emotional mastery isn’t just about saving energy, as a side effect you’ll find more peace and peace creates the best conditions for healing. And when you’re not caught up in difficult emotions you’ll have a better chance of improving your relationships too.

If the full package (level 3+)  sounds all a bit too intense, level 2 (only £18 pounds a month) involves a weekly skills focused support group (using zoom), and is a great option for connecting with others who are working towards the same aims, seeking support with your growth and holding yourself accountable.

Use my Contact Page to get in touch if you want to join us, letting me know which level is best for your needs.
