In this 10 week group coaching program you will be guided through the 8 Steps you can take to a more relaxed, balanced and fulfilling life. A life where you are in control rather than your illness controlling you!

About the program

This is the long awaited cut price pilot group coaching program: I’m limiting numbers on this program to 12 places so that we can form an intimate group and so that each member will get plenty of opportunities for being coached. I want to provide great value, but as I’ll be asking for lots of feedback to help me create the best program possible, I’m cutting the price to a third of what I will charge for future groups. I’ll also be recording the sessions to use with future groups.

The program is split into two sets of 5 weeks with a week’s break in between. The total cost will be only $79 but you only have to pay the first $50 to enroll, the second payment of $29 will be payable by the end of the first 5 weeks. To get the most out of this program you will have to invest some time and energy, and I usually find that people are more motivated to do so if they’ve paid for the pleasure, but at the same time, I wanted this group to be affordable for those of you on the most restricted incomes!
